Security camera installers and small-office builders

This unit fits installers who need to power up to four PoE devices such as IP cameras or access points from one switch without a separate injector. It is not for networks that require Gigabit uplink speeds, managed features such as VLANs or QoS, or more than four powered ports.

62 W PoE budget

The 62 W total PoE budget is the single specification that decides whether the switch can power every connected device simultaneously. Check each device's power draw against this figure before purchasing.

Each port negotiates to 10 or 100 Mbps, so the maximum throughput per port is 100 Mbps.

What physical mounting options does the switch chassis provide?

The unit is a compact desktop or wall-mount metal enclosure with no rack ears included.

How is the switch installed and which step is often missed?
