Premium Wax-Resin Ribbon for WPL Printers

This thermal-transfer ribbon is built for the WPL 305 and WPL 606 label printers. It delivers sharp barcodes, small text, large characters and logos on uncoated paper, coated paper and synthetic label stock. The formulation includes a backcoat that protects the printhead and prevents static buildup.

Capacity and Print Headroom

Each roll spans 3.26 inches wide by 820 feet long, supporting high-volume runs without frequent changes. The wax-resin blend handles diverse media types but will not match the extreme abrasion resistance of full-resin ribbons for harsh industrial environments. Heat resistance reaches 100.75 °C (212.75 °F).

Upgrade from Standard Wax Ribbons

Switching from a basic wax ribbon adds smudge resistance and broader media compatibility, including synthetics. The jump is worth it when labels face handling, moderate heat or varied paper grades. It does not suit users needing full-resin durability for chemical exposure or outdoor weathering.
