5G NR & Wi-Fi 6 router

The Wavlink WL-WNF100X3NR-B combines Wi-Fi 6 with SA/NSA dual-mode 5G NR connectivity. It delivers up to 2975Mbps combined wireless speed across 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. A Nano SIM slot enables mobile broadband use. Two Gigabit Ethernet ports provide wired backhaul or WAN fallback.

Home or office users needing flexible WAN

Suits households or small offices that want 5G as primary or backup internet with mesh expansion via the PAIR button. Not for buyers who require more than two wired Gigabit ports. Not for installers needing outdoor-rated hardware or pole-mount brackets.

Dual-mode 5G NR with SIM slot

The single deciding specification is the integrated Qualcomm RM520N-GL module supporting SA and NSA 5G NR bands plus 4G LTE fallback. If your ISP only offers fixed-line broadband, the 5G capability adds no value.

Questions about this item

How do I install the SIM card and where do I connect the WAN cable for mix mode?

Insert a Nano SIM into the card slot, then plug your broadband modem into the 1000Mbps WAN/LAN1 port while the SIM handles 5G; the second 1000Mbps LAN port is for wired clients.

What ongoing care do the 9 internal antennas and Qualcomm RM520N-GL module need?

No user maintenance is required; keep vents clear of dust and install firmware updates from the web interface at http://192.168.40.1 to keep the 5G modem and Wi-Fi 6 stack current.

Which limit appears first when the 5G NR link runs at 3.4Gbps sustained?

The two Gigabit Ethernet ports cap wired throughput at 1000Mbps, so the 5G speed cannot be fully passed to wired devices; Wi-Fi 6 clients share the 2975Mbps combined wireless ceiling.
