Purpose and compatibility

This 12 V AC adapter replaces the original power supply for the Brookstone Pocket Projector Pro GCo 200 model 907977. It accepts worldwide input voltage from 100 to 240 VAC at 50 or 60 Hz and delivers a steady 12.0 VDC output. The unit is built with new components and carries FCC, CE and RoHS certifications. It is not suited for devices that require a different voltage or connector type.

Sustained-load behaviour

The adapter incorporates over current protection, total power protection, over voltage protection and short circuit protection to maintain stable output during continuous operation. An internal smart chip monitors temperature and activates overheating protection when needed. High quality wires and improved isolation materials reduce interference and support reliable power delivery over long projection sessions. The 6.5 ft power cord allows flexible placement without tension on the connector.

Thermals noise and power draw

Passive cooling keeps the unit silent in normal use while the smart chip manages thermal thresholds. Safety circuits prevent excessive heat buildup by limiting current and voltage when abnormal conditions occur. The adapter draws power only from the mains supply within the rated 100 to 240 VAC range and does not contain a battery. Certified construction ensures consistent efficiency across the supported input frequencies.
