  • World-wide 100-240 V input works anywhere
  • 5 ft cord gives flexible placement
  • FCC, CE and RoHS certified for safety
  • Multiple protections guard against faults
  • 100 % compatible replacement for listed Polaroid models

Purpose & audience

This 12V AC adapter replaces the original power supply for Polaroid PDX, PDM, DPA and PDV portable DVD players. It suits owners who need a reliable spare or a direct replacement for a lost or damaged charger.

Sustained-load behaviour

The unit accepts worldwide 100-240VAC input at 50 or 60Hz and delivers a steady 12V output with over-current, over-voltage, short-circuit and total-power protection. A smart chip adds overheating protection and anti-interference isolation for stable long sessions.

Installation & pitfalls

The 6.5 Ft power cord reaches most outlets without an extension lead. The barrel plug fits the listed Polaroid models only; it will not work with players that require a different voltage or connector polarity.
