170 W ThinkPad W510 Power Supply

This 170 W AC adapter replaces the original charger for Lenovo ThinkPad W510 models including the 43892TU, 43892UU, 43195XU, 431964U, 4389N9U, 4389P3U, 4389P9U and 4391PAU. It accepts a worldwide input range of 100 to 240 VAC at 50 or 60 Hz, so the unit works on mains power in any region without a voltage converter. The adapter is supplied new and carries FCC, CE and RoHS certifications.

10 Ft Cord and Protection Features

A single 10 Ft power cord is integrated, giving extra reach between the wall outlet and the laptop without an extension lead. Built-in safeguards include over-current protection, total power protection, over-voltage protection, short-circuit protection, overload protection, over-charge and over-discharge protection, overheating protection with a smart chip and anti-interference isolation materials. 170 W Output for Demanding Workloads

The 170 W rating supplies enough headroom for the ThinkPad W510’s high-performance processor and discrete graphics during intensive tasks such as rendering, simulation or multi-monitor work. It will run the system at full load while charging the battery simultaneously. It is not suited for laptops that require a higher wattage brick or a different connector type, and it cannot power two devices at once.
