Questions about this item
How long is the power cord on this 19V 3.42A adapter?
The charger includes a total 10 ft long power cord, combining the AC mains lead and the DC output cable into one continuous length.
What is the correct way to connect the 100-240VAC input to avoid damaging the unit?
Plug the AC cord into a standard 100-240VAC 50/60Hz wall outlet first, then connect the DC barrel tip to the laptop; reversing this sequence can stress the smart chip.

If the adapter shows overheating, intermittent charging, or the smart chip triggers overload protection repeatedly, replace it within the 12 month coverage window.
