WAWEIS 4-Pin DIN AC/DC Adapter 100-240V 10 Ft laptop battery

4-Pin DIN Power Adapter for Eyemax DVR

This 100-240 VAC adapter is built as a direct replacement for the Eyemax XVST-MAGIC-8p HD-SDI 1080P 8-channel digital video recorder. It supplies the correct DC voltage through a 4-pin DIN connector so the recorder powers on without modification. Installers maintaining existing Eyemax surveillance systems will find it matches the original supply specification. It is not suited for devices that require a different pin layout or voltage range.

Input Range and Cable Length Limits

The unit accepts a worldwide mains input of 100-240 VAC at 50/60 Hz, allowing connection to standard outlets in most regions without a separate transformer. A fixed 10 ft power cord sets the maximum reach from the wall socket to the recorder; longer runs would require an extension lead rated for the same voltage. The adapter includes over-current, over-voltage, short-circuit and total power protection circuits that interrupt output during fault conditions. No battery-backup or UPS function is provided.

Plug-In Installation and Common Issues

Installation consists of plugging the IEC mains lead into a socket and inserting the 4-pin DIN plug into the DVR power port; no tools or configuration are needed. The smart-chip overheating protection and anti-interference isolation reduce the chance of thermal shutdown or signal noise on the video feed. Problems usually arise when the DIN plug is forced into a mismatched socket or when the cord is tightly coiled, which can stress the cable over time. Verify pin orientation before applying power.
