The WAWEIS AC/DC adapter supplies 9V to 12V at 1A to 2A for compatible RCA DRC mobile DVD players. It accepts worldwide input voltage from 100 to 240VAC at 50 or 60Hz. The unit includes a 6.5 ft power cord for flexible placement. Safety certifications include FCC, CE and RoHS.

Sustained Load Behaviour

Built-in over-current, over-voltage and short-circuit protection circuits engage automatically during continuous operation. The smart chip monitors temperature and activates overheating protection when needed. Anti-interference isolation materials maintain stable output over long playback sessions. The adapter is tested to strict quality-control standards for reliable daily use.

Thermals, Noise and Power

Passive cooling keeps the unit silent during normal DVD player operation. Overheating protection prevents excessive surface temperatures under load. The 100-240VAC input range handles global mains variation without external converters. High-quality wires and overload protection reduce wasted energy and ensure efficient power delivery.

Questions about this item

Does the 6.5 Ft cord length let me reach a wall socket without an extension lead?

The total cord length is 6.5 Ft, giving plenty of reach for most sofa-to-wall setups.

My RCA DRC630N uses a barrel connector — does this adapter include the matching tip?

It is built as a direct replacement for the DRC630N and the other listed models, so the original barrel connector is already fitted.

Will the 100-240VAC 50/60Hz input work with the older RCA DRC620N I still use in the camper?

Yes — the wide-range input and the compatible tip cover the DRC620N, so it runs from campsite hook-ups or a vehicle inverter without a separate converter.
