Wide-Range AC Adapter for Medical Recorders

The WAWEIS AA24750L is a replacement AC adapter built for the ASTEC AA24750L and Respironics 1024563 recorder 1015642. It accepts a world-wide input voltage of 100 to 240 VAC at 50 or 60 Hz. A 10 ft power cord gives extra reach for bedside or cart setups. The unit carries FCC, CE and RoHS certifications.

Suits Users Needing Long Reach and Certified Safety

This adapter fits technicians and clinicians who must power the listed recorder models from distant outlets. Over-current, over-voltage, short-circuit and total-power protection guard the device during continuous use. Buyers who need a shorter cord or a different output specification should look at other models.

10 ft Cord Length Decides Fit for Your Workspace

The single specification that determines whether this is the right part is the 10 ft total cord length. If your installation requires that reach, the adapter matches the original equipment. If the distance is shorter or longer, a different cable length will be required.

Questions about this item

How much clearance does the 10 ft power cord need behind the device?

The adapter ships with a 10 ft total cord length, so allow enough slack for the full run from the wall outlet to the recorder without tension.

Which end of the 10 ft cable connects first when installing the AA24750L adapter?

Plug the barrel connector into the recorder first, then insert the mains plug into a 100-240 VAC 50/60 Hz outlet; reversing the order can trigger the short-circuit protection.

When should the AA24750L adapter be replaced under normal use?

The unit carries FCC, CE and RoHS certifications and a 12 month warranty; plan to replace it if the over-current, over-voltage or overheating protections activate repeatedly.
