Questions about this item

What input voltage and frequency range does the WAWEIS AC/DC adapter accept?

The adapter accepts a world-wide input range of 100-240VAC at 50/60Hz, making it compatible with mains supplies in most countries without a separate voltage converter.

What physical length and connector style does the power cord provide for the Kohler R77748 faucet?

The cord measures 6.5 Ft total and terminates in the proprietary connector that fits Kohler Malleco Touchless models R77748, K-R77748-SD, K-R31498-NA and K-R31498.

How is the adapter installed and what common step should be avoided?

Plug the mains plug into a grounded outlet, then connect the low-voltage plug to the faucet control box; do not cut or splice the cord, as that voids the safety certifications and can trigger the over-current protection.
