Professional-Grade Hand Cleaner for Workshops

This 48-bar carton supplies WD-40 Lava heavy-duty soap formulated with volcanic pumice to strip grease, oil, paint, ink, tar, caulk and adhesives from hands. The bio-renewable formula includes moisturisers that leave skin soft after repeated washing. It is stocked for industrial, automotive and maintenance crews who need reliable soil removal shift after shift.

Bulk Carton Simplifies Restocking

The 48-count pack replaces frequent single-bar orders and keeps cleaning stations supplied across multiple wash points. Each 4 oz bar is individually wrapped, so crews can grab a fresh unit without handling a shared dispenser. Standardised packaging fits shelf slots and reduces the admin burden of tracking dozens of small SKUs.

Pumice Abrasion Level Determines Suitability

The volcanic pumice provides a fixed grit that excels on heavy industrial soils but may feel aggressive for light office use or sensitive skin. Buyers who need a gentler lotion cleaner or a solvent-free wipe should look elsewhere, as this bar is engineered specifically for stubborn workshop contamination.

Questions about this item

Does the pumice in each 4 oz. bar wear down so the bar needs replacing?

Yes, the pumice abrasive gradually dissolves with use, so each 4 oz. bar is consumed and replaced when it becomes too small to handle.

What stops the soap from lasting through a full shift of heavy cleaning?

The bar shrinks as the pumice and soap base wash away; a single 4 oz. bar lasts only as many washes as its volume allows.

How much heat or odour does the carton of 48 bars give off in a warm workshop?

The solid bars produce no measurable heat and only a mild soap scent; they add no thermal load to the room.
