Weller 18G Threaded Needle

The Weller KDS1812P is a pack of fifty 18-gauge stainless steel needles with a 1/2 inch length. Each needle features a pink plastic Luer-Lock hub for secure attachment to compatible dispensing systems.

Capacity and headroom

The 0.038 inch inner diameter suits precise fluid dispensing tasks in automotive or specialty applications. The fifty-piece quantity supports extended production runs before reordering becomes necessary.

Thermals noise and power

As passive dispensing components, these needles generate no heat, noise or electrical draw during use. Stainless steel construction resists corrosion from common soldering fluxes and cleaning solvents.

Questions about this item

Will the 18 gauge blunt needle fit the Luer-Lock hub on my existing KDS808 dispenser?

Yes, the 18 gauge needle with Luer-Lock hub is listed as compatible with the KDS808 and KDS824A dispensers.

How can I confirm the 0.038 in inner diameter is flowing correctly after attaching the needle?

Dispense a small amount of fluid; a steady, consistent flow from the blunt tip indicates the 18 gauge needle is seated and working properly.

Does the pack of 50 pink needles include the KDS808 dispenser or any adapters?

No, the package contains 50 disposable stainless steel needles only; the KDS808 or KDS824A dispenser must be purchased separately.
