Questions about this item

How long will the hook-and-loop straps and sponge padding last before they need replacing?

The straps and sponge are built for regular use by children aged 3 to 8; inspect them each season and replace any pad that shows torn fabric or compressed foam.

What is the first comfort limit a child hits during a full day of skating?

The 12.5-by-18-centimetre knee pads and 11-by-15.5-centimetre elbow pads can feel warm after several hours of continuous wear.

Does the ABS shell and CoolMax liner keep the gear cool during all-day sessions?

The high-hardness ABS shell and breathable CoolMax liner help move heat away, but the pads still trap some warmth during extended activity.
