Werleo 24 LED Mini Bar

The Werleo 24 LED mini bar is a magnetic emergency strobe light built for vehicles with a 12 volt DC cigarette adapter. It targets emergency workers, postal drivers, construction crews and security personnel who need temporary roof-mounted warning visibility. The unit draws 24 watts from the vehicle socket and uses 24 high-brightness LEDs rated for up to 50000 hours of service life. Buyers who need a permanently wired roof rack or a multi-voltage system will not be served by this plug-and-play design.

Thermals noise and power

The light bar operates directly from a 12 volt outlet at a 24 watt draw, so electrical load is minimal and heat output stays low during extended use. No cooling fan is present, making the unit completely silent while flashing or rotating. The magnetic base adds no vibration noise when secured to a clean metal roof. There is no internal battery, so the light cannot function without the vehicle supply.

16 ft straight cord with dual buttons

A 16 foot straight power cord replaces the older coiled version, eliminating tension that could pull the bar off the roof. The upgraded cigarette plug carries two separate buttons: one toggles power on and off, the other cycles through rotating, flashing and alternating left-right patterns. This layout lets the driver change modes without reaching the roof. The package includes only the light bar and the corded plug; no mounting brackets, wiring harnesses or software are supplied.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the light bar and plug it in without damaging the cord?

Place the magnetic base on a clean metal roof, route the 16 ft straight cord through a door seal, then plug the cigarette lighter adapter into a 12 V socket; the straight cable avoids the tension that coiled cords create.

What part will need replacement first and when?

The 24 LEDs are rated for 50000 hours; after that the light output will fade and the whole bar should be replaced.

What limits continuous operation during a long shift?

The unit draws power from the vehicle's 12 V outlet, so the battery and alternator capacity set the practical run time.
