Exact-fit protection for MacBook Air 15 inch M2

This hard shell case is engineered exclusively for the 15 inch MacBook Air with M2 chip, Liquid Retina display and Touch ID released in 2023. It matches model numbers MQKR3LL/A, MQKW3LL/A, MQKP3LL/A, MQKU3LL/A, MQKT3LL/A, MQKX3LL/A, MQKQ3LL/A and MQKV3LL/A. The crystal black finish adds a slim, lightweight layer that guards against scrapes and scratches without masking the laptop's profile.

Upgrade from generic sleeves or ill-fitting shells

A universal sleeve cannot align with the precise port layout, vent pattern or 13.4 x 9.35 x 0.45 inch dimensions of the A2941. This case replaces loose fabric covers and one-size-fits-all plastics that block airflow or leave gaps. The jump is worth it when you need full button access, dedicated venting for heat disbursement and a keyboard skin that seals against spills.

Snap-on installation with included USB-C adapter

The two-piece shell clips on and lifts off in seconds; no tools or adhesives are required. A silicone keyboard cover lays flat over the keys for spill protection. The bundled USB-C to USB 3.0 adapter adds a standard USB-A port for mice, keyboards, SSDs or flash drives and supports OTG function. Buyers who own any other MacBook model or a 15 inch Air from a different year cannot use this case.

Questions about this item

Will the A2941 hard shell snap onto my 15 inch MacBook Air with M2 chip released in 2023?

Yes, it is designed only for the MacBook Air 15 inch M2 model A2941 measuring 13.4 x 9.35 x 0.45 inch; verify the A2941 number on the bottom before fitting.

How do I attach the top and bottom pieces without cracking the clips?

Align the vented top cover first, press gently from the centre outward, then repeat for the bottom; the fully vented design gives access to all buttons so nothing forces the clips.

When should I replace the included silicone keyboard cover?

Replace it when the silicone shows permanent deformation, tears, or no longer lies flat, as a worn cover can trap debris against the keys.
