Simple senior phone

The Werleo UNIWA V708 is a new unlocked 2G GSM handset built around a 1.7 inch display. It runs Android with 512MB RAM and 8GB storage, and includes a dedicated SOS button, FM radio and LED flashlight. A charging cradle and cable are both supplied for flexible power options.

For basic calls and safety

This phone suits seniors, children or anyone who wants large buttons, voice broadcast and one-touch emergency dialling without smartphone complexity. Dual SIM slots let you keep two numbers active. Buyers who need app stores, internet browsing, 3G or 4G data, or a modern touchscreen interface should look elsewhere.

Cradle-ready daily driver

The 800mAh battery delivers roughly 190 to 200 hours of standby and three to four hours of talk time. Place the handset in the cradle overnight or plug the cable directly when a socket is handy. No SIM cards are included, so you will need to provide your own 2G-compatible nano or micro SIMs to activate service.

Questions about this item

Which SIM cards do I need for the UNIWA V708 to make calls?

You need two active 2G GSM SIM cards; the phone takes dual SIMs but they are not supplied.
