Copper Wall Backdrop for On-Location Photography

The Westcott X-Drop Pro Fabric Backdrop in Copper Wall is an 8x8' studio backdrop built for photographers who need a portable, professional background for portraits, headshots and product work. Its distinctive rustic, vintage aesthetic adds textured visual interest to images and video.

Sustained Performance on Repeated Shoots

Made from 100% polyester, the fabric resists wrinkles through frequent handling and location changes, keeping the surface smooth without constant steaming. The material is machine-washable and reflection-free, so color accuracy and a clean look hold up over many sessions.

Quick Setup with the X-Drop Pro Stand

Five metal grommets allow the backdrop to hang on the compatible X-Drop Pro Backdrop Stand, which is sold separately. The entire kit weighs 2.5 lbs and packs into the included matching drawstring bag for transport. Buyers who already own a different hanging system or need a non-grommet mounting method should verify compatibility before purchasing.

Questions about this item

Does the 2.5 lb polyester fabric generate any heat or noise during long shoots?

The backdrop is a passive fabric panel weighing 2.5 lbs with no electronics, so it produces no heat, fan noise, or power draw during all-day use.

What hardware do I already need to hang the five metal grommets on this backdrop?

The five metal grommets are designed for the portable X-Drop Pro Backdrop Stand, which is sold separately and required for proper hanging.

Will the Copper Wall fabric clash with older aluminium or steel backdrop frames I already own?

The grommet spacing matches the X-Drop Pro Stand; compatibility with other frames depends on their grommet layout and width, so verify measurements before mixing hardware.
