Vivid FlexiGels 8-pack for Godox AD400 Pro

This eight-piece silicone gel kit fits the Godox AD400 Pro monolight and adds saturated colour to a scene. The set includes Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Teal, Blue, Purple and Pink gels for creative lighting control. Photographers who need quick colour changes without tape or clips will benefit from the wrap-around design. It is not suited for buyers who want correction gels or neutral density filtration.

Practical limits of the silicone wrap mount

The gels slide over a 2.3 inch height by 2.5 inch diameter glass dome and rely on friction to stay in place. They work with the AD400 Pro and third-party strobes that share those dome dimensions and matching ventilation holes. Heat resistance allows continuous use at full 400 Ws output without warping. The kit does not fit bare-bulb heads, Fresnels or modifiers that require a gel frame or slot.

Installation ease and common issues

Stretch the silicone over the dome until the ventilation cut-outs align, then mount any standard modifier on top. No tools, tape or clips are required and the gel stays secure during handling. Misaligned vent holes can trap heat and reduce output, so check alignment before shooting. Torn edges or stretched silicone from forced removal are the typical failure points.
