#10-1/2 Poly Window Envelopes

These #10-1/2 envelopes measure 4.125" x 9.5" and are made from 24# white sulphite paper with a vellum finish. The poly window sits 1-1/4" x 4-1/2" and is positioned 3/4" from the left and 1/2" from the bottom. They suit offices that mail standard letters with visible addresses.

Upgrade From Plain Envelopes

The integrated poly window removes the need to hand-write or label recipient details on the outside. This jump is worth it when you process high volumes of invoices or statements and want the address to show through automatically. The SFI certified 92% brightness stock also gives a cleaner look than uncertified alternatives.

Limits Of Remoistening Seal

The flap uses a remoistening seal that requires moisture to activate and may not hold if the envelope is overstuffed or exposed to humidity. Side seam construction keeps the front flat for printing but offers less expansion than centre-seam styles. Buyers who need peel-and-stick closure or heavy-insert capacity should look elsewhere.
