#10 Self-Sealing Envelopes for High-Volume Mailing

These white #10 envelopes feature a confetti tint and a Digi-Clear window for professional correspondence. The self-sealing latex adhesive activates with pressure, removing the need for moisture. A box of 500 supports daily office dispatch, invoicing and direct-mail campaigns.

Flip Stik Adhesive and Laser Finish

The Flip Stik latex strip creates an instant bond when the top flap is pressed down, speeding up bulk stuffing. A smooth laser finish ensures clean toner adhesion and jam-free feeding through laser printers and copiers. Two side seams under add structural strength for heavier inserts.

SFI-Certified Sulphite Stock at 92% Brightness

White sulphite paper certified by the Sustainable Forestry Initiative delivers 92% brightness for sharp contrast on printed addresses. The C-style window measures 1-1/8 by 4-1/2 inches, positioned 7/8 inch from the left and 1/2 inch from the bottom. Buyers needing a larger window area or a non-windowed envelope for custom printing should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How long does the latex self-seal adhesive stay effective on these #10 envelopes?

The latex adhesive on the Flip Stik flap remains active until pressed; store the box in a cool, dry place and the seal will be ready when you need it.

What printer limitation appears first when running a full 500-envelope job?

The 92% brightness smooth laser finish is rated for laser printers; the printer’s envelope feed capacity and fuser temperature tolerance will be the first limit you hit.

Do these envelopes curl or jam after hours of continuous laser printing?

The two side seams under construction and laser-compatible stock are designed to run flat through high-heat fusers, reducing curl and jam risk during long print runs.
