#10 Flip-Stik Poly Window Envelope

The #10 Flip-Stik Poly Window Envelope is a standard business envelope designed for high-volume mailing. It suits offices, schools and organisations that send invoices, statements or direct-mail pieces in bulk. The self-sealing closure speeds up preparation without the need for moistening or tape.

500-envelope box capacity and 24-lb stock

Each box contains 500 envelopes, providing ample supply for regular mailing cycles. The 24-lb Western Sulphite paper with 92% brightness and vellum finish handles typical multi-page inserts cleanly. Heavier booklets or thick catalogues may exceed the practical weight limit of the stock.

Poly window and side-seam construction

The G RIGHT style poly window measures 1-1/8" x 4-3/4" positioned 4" from the left and 1/2" from the bottom, accommodating standard address layouts. Two side seams under construction add durability, while the Pres-Stik flap creates a secure seal. The fixed window size and position limit flexibility for non-standard address formats.

Questions about this item

Will the #10 Flip-Stik envelope feed reliably through my older laser printer?

The 24 lb white sulphite stock with vellum finish is designed for standard office printers, and the Flip-Stik adhesive activates only when pressed, reducing jam risk on legacy feed paths.

How can I confirm the poly window aligns correctly after loading a stack?

The G RIGHT style window measures 1-1/8" x 4-3/4" and sits 4" from the left edge and 1/2" from the bottom; hold a printed sheet behind it to verify the address shows cleanly.

Does the box of 500 include any moisture barrier or do I need a separate storage container?

The envelopes ship in a 7 lb cardboard box of 500 with no inner moisture barrier; for long-term storage in humid areas, add a resealable poly bag or plastic tote.
