Professional Correspondence Ready

These #10 poly-window envelopes measure 4.125 x 9.5 inches and hold standard letter-sized documents. The bright white sulphite stock delivers 96% brightness for crisp, legible addresses. SFI certification confirms responsible forest sourcing. A box contains 500 envelopes for high-volume mailing.

Daily Handling Characteristics

The 24# paper weight provides a substantial feel that resists tearing during machine insertion. Side seam construction creates a smooth front surface for clean printing or labelling. Remoistening seal activates quickly with standard moisture. Acid-free stock prevents yellowing in long-term storage.

Extended Production Runs

Cartons of 2500 envelopes support continuous mailing campaigns without frequent reordering. The poly window withstands repeated printer passes without curling or static buildup. Smooth imaging finish maintains consistent toner adhesion across large batches. Not laser compatible — inkjet or offset processes only.

Questions about this item

How do I load these #10 envelopes into my printer so the 1-1/8" x 4-3/4" window aligns correctly?

Place envelopes side-seam down with the flap facing down; position the window 3/4" from the left edge and 1/2" from the bottom so the address shows through the poly film without shifting.

What replacement supplies will I need once the 500-count box runs out?

Order another box of 500 #10 poly-window envelopes with the same 24# Bright White sulphite stock, 96% brightness, and A-style window placement to keep mailing output consistent.

What is the first limitation I will hit when printing large batches on these envelopes?

The 24# sulphite paper is marked not laser compatible, so toner adhesion and heat curling will become the limiting factor before the 500-envelope supply is exhausted.
