Standard #10 Business Size

These #10 regular envelopes measure 4.125 x 9.5 inches and suit everyday mailing tasks such as invoices, letters and statements. The 24 lb sulphite stock feeds reliably through most office printers and copiers. A box of 500 covers high-volume runs without frequent reordering.

Acid Free 96% Bright White Paper

The SFI certified sulphite sheet is acid free to resist yellowing and keep documents legible for archival storage. A 96% brightness level gives crisp contrast for both monochrome and colour output. The smooth vellum finish reduces paper dust inside the print path.

Side Seam Remoistening Seal

Two side seams under construction add strength so contents stay secure during transit. The traditional remoistening gum flap seals with a dab of moisture, needing no extra tape or adhesives. Cartons of 2500 let purchasing managers replenish multiple departments from a single order.

Questions about this item

How do I seal the remoistening flap without it sticking prematurely?

Lightly moisten only the gummed strip on the flap, press firmly for a few seconds, and keep unused envelopes stored flat in a dry area to prevent accidental activation.

When will I need to replace the box of 500 envelopes?

Replace the box once all 500 envelopes have been used; the acid-free sulphite paper resists yellowing, so stored stock remains usable for extended periods.

What is the maximum number of sheets that can be mailed in one envelope before the 24# paper shows strain?

The 24# sulphite stock handles typical multi-page business letters; exceeding several ounces may stress the side seams and remoistening seal under sustained mailing use.
