Business Mailers for Machine Printing

These #10 regular envelopes are built for high-volume machine insertion. The diagonal seam construction feeds reliably through inserters and laser printers. A box of 500 supports daily office mailing without frequent reordering. They suit businesses that print addresses directly onto the envelope.

Sustained Printing and Handling

The 24# white sulphite stock resists curling during long print runs. SFI certification confirms responsible fibre sourcing. Vellum finish reduces static and misfeeds in rollers. Brightness at 92% keeps barcodes and text legible after repeated passes.

Setup and Common Issues

No window means no alignment drift between insert and envelope. Diagonal seams minimise jams compared with side-seam styles. Ensure the printer tray guides match the 4-1/8 by 9-1/2 dimensions. Overfilling the feeder tray is the main cause of double feeds.

Questions about this item

How much noise, heat or power do these envelopes produce when used all day in a mailing machine?

These envelopes are passive paper stock and generate no noise, heat or power draw themselves; any sound or energy comes from the inserter or printer running them.

What equipment must I already own to run a box of 500 #10 regular envelopes through a machine?

You need a compatible inserting machine or printer that accepts 4-1/8 by 9-1/2 inch diagonal-seam envelopes with a 24 lb sulphite feed path.

Will these 92 brightness white sulphite envelopes feed reliably in an older inserter that has handled standard #10 stock before?

Yes — they match the standard #10 size and 24 lb weight, so any machine that has processed regular #10 diagonal-seam envelopes should feed them without adjustment.
