  • Self-sealing latex adhesive saves time
  • 92% brightness gives crisp professional look
  • Vellum finish resists smudges and feels premium
  • Two side seams under add strength for mailing
  • Poly window protects contents while showing address

Standard #10 business envelope

The Western States #10 side-seam window envelope measures 4-1/8" x 9-1/2" and comes in a box of 500. White sulphite stock with 92% brightness and a vellum finish gives a clean professional appearance. A poly window shows the recipient address without extra labelling. Self-sealing latex adhesive on an extended flap closes securely without moisture.

Replaces moisture-seal envelopes

Offices still licking or dampening standard gummed flaps gain speed and hygiene with the Pres-Stik latex strip. The jump is worth it when daily mail volume makes manual sealing a bottleneck. Two side seams under add strength for multi-page inserts. Buyers who need a non-window format or a different window position cannot use this item.

Fits standard #10 workflows

The envelope feeds through most laser and inkjet printers that support #10 size. SFI-certified sulphite stock works with typical office copiers and folder-inserter machines. Self-seal adhesive activates on contact so no separate moistener or power supply is needed. Teams that require peel-and-stick security tabs or tamper-evident closures will need a different product.

Questions about this item

Does the #10 envelope fit standard letter paper folded in thirds?

Yes, the 4-1/8" x 9-1/2" dimensions match standard #10 sizing for tri-folded letter pages.

How do I seal the self-adhesive flap without it sticking prematurely?

Press the extended flap firmly only after inserting contents; the latex adhesive activates on contact and cannot be resealed.

Will the poly window material yellow or cloud over time in storage?

The poly window resists yellowing; store the box flat in a cool, dry place to maintain 92% brightness and vellum finish.
