Square Envelopes for Bulk Mailing

These 10" x 10" white envelopes are supplied in a box of 500 for high-volume office or school use. The square format suits invitations, announcements and custom-sized inserts that do not fit standard letter envelopes.

Side Seam Construction and Remoistening Seal

Two side seams under the flap keep the envelope profile flat for smooth feeding through folder-inserters or hand-stuffing lines. The remoistening seal requires only moisture to close, so no adhesive strips or peel-off liners are needed during assembly.

28 lb Sulphite Stock with Vellum Finish

White sulphite paper at 92% brightness gives a clean, professional appearance for printed or handwritten addresses. The vellum finish resists smudging during handling, while the 22.5 lb box weight confirms a substantial feel that protects contents in everyday postal transit.

Questions about this item

Will the 28# paper weight handle heavy inserts without tearing?

The 28# Western Sulphite stock provides a sturdy feel suitable for standard multi-page mailings, though very thick or heavy inserts may stress the side seams.

Does the vellum finish feel rough or generate dust after hours of machine feeding?

The vellum finish offers a smooth, toothy surface that feeds cleanly through most laser and inkjet printers without excessive dust buildup during long runs.

Do I need a specific moistener or sealing tool for the 1.875" remoistening flap?

The square flap uses a standard remoistening adhesive that activates with water from a sponge, bottle moistener, or envelope sealing machine.
