  • Pre-printed grid speeds internal routing

  • Open-end 10 x 13 format fits standard documents

Product Identity

These 10 by 13 inch open end envelopes use 28 pound SFI certified kraft paper with a vellum finish. Each box contains 500 tan envelopes pre-printed with a black name and department grid on both sides. The ungummed extended flap and centre seam construction suit high volume internal mail handling.

Who It Suits

Offices and mailrooms processing routine interdepartmental correspondence will find the pre-printed grid and see through holes efficient for sorting. Buyers needing a sealed closure, a window for address visibility or a moisture activated adhesive should look elsewhere as this design relies on an ungummed flap only.

Key Specification

The ungummed extended flap means the envelope cannot self seal and requires tape, a label or a separate fastener to stay closed during transit. If your workflow depends on a peel and seal or gummed flap for speed or security this box of 500 will not meet that requirement.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 28# weight or a lighter option for daily interoffice mail?

The 28# Tan Kraft stock provides enough rigidity for repeated handling through internal mail systems while keeping each envelope light enough for standard postage rates.

How does the 10" x 13" size work with standard letter paper inside a real mailing workflow?

Letter pages folded once fit flat without creasing the corners, and the open-end design lets you slide documents in quickly at a busy desk.

What does the SFI certification on the Kraft paper mean for our office recycling program?

SFI certification confirms the paper fibre comes from responsibly managed forests, so the envelopes can go straight into mixed-paper recycling after use.
