Open Side Booklet Envelope

These Western States envelopes measure 10 by 13 inches and feature a tan kraft vellum finish. The open side design with side seams provides a professional look for mailings. Each box contains 500 new envelopes suited for office or school use.

High-volume mailing and filing

The 28-pound stock handles bulk inserts and automated inserting equipment reliably. Buyers needing a window for address visibility or a peel-and-seal closure should look at alternative styles. This box suits operations that process large daily outbound batches.

28-pound kraft construction

The 28# paper weight determines durability and postage cost for every shipment. Heavier contents or rough handling demand a sturdier grade not offered here. Verify this basis weight matches your mailing specifications before ordering.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the envelopes feed correctly through my printer after loading them?

Run a test sheet of the 10 x 13 inch envelopes through the paper path; the 28 lb vellum finish and side-seam construction should pass without jams or misalignment.

What comes in the box and is anything else needed to start mailing?

The box contains 500 tan Kraft envelopes measuring 10 x 13 inches with open-side side seams; no window or seal is included, so add your own adhesive or moistener if required.

Should I pick the 28 lb vellum-finish version or a heavier stock for durability?

The 28 lb vellum-finish Kraft stock balances stiffness for machine feeding with fold resistance; choose it for standard booklet mailings unless your application demands a heavier weight.
