Catalog Envelope Dimensions

These open-end envelopes measure 11.5 by 14.5 inches and use 28-pound recycled kraft stock. The tan-brown material carries SFI certification and a vellum finish for a professional feel. A center seam adds structural strength for heavy catalogs or documents. Metal clasps and a remoistening seal provide two secure closure options.

Build Integration Needs

The box of 100 envelopes fits standard mailroom shelving and works with automatic inserters that accept open-end formats. No window means address labels or direct printing are required for every piece. The flap extension and center seam keep bulky contents aligned during machine feeding. Each carton holds 500 units for high-volume shipping operations.

Bundled Hardware Impact

Metal clasps allow repeated opening without tearing the paper, useful for files that move between departments. The remoistening glue strip remains as a permanent tamper-evident seal when needed. SFI-certified recycled content supports corporate sustainability reporting without extra sourcing steps. The vellum surface accepts inkjet, laser, and handwritten addressing cleanly.

Flat sheets up to 11.5 by 14.5 inches fit without folding; the open-end design allows easy insertion of catalogs or stacked papers.
