Standard #11 Business Envelope

These #11 regular envelopes measure 4.5 by 10.375 inches and fit standard letter sheets folded in thirds. The 24-pound white sulphite stock carries SFI certification and a 92 brightness rating for a clean, professional appearance. Each box contains 500 envelopes suited for everyday office mailing.

Vellum Finish and Diagonal Seam

The vellum finish provides a smooth, toothy surface that accepts ink, toner and handwriting without feathering or smudging. A diagonal seam construction adds strength along the flap edge, reducing the chance of tearing during automated insertion. No window means the full face is available for addressing or printing.

Remoistening Seal Limitations

The traditional remoistening gum requires moisture to activate, which can be inconsistent in very dry environments or high-volume runs. Flap-down storage helps preserve adhesive tack, but the seal is not designed for tamper-evident security or repeated opening. Bulk cartons of 2500 units are available for larger operations.
