Open End King Size Catalog Envelopes

These 13 x 19 inch envelopes use 28 pound Suntan Kraft paper with a vellum finish. The open end design and center seam suit catalogs, brochures and large flat documents. Each box contains 100 ungummed envelopes certified by the Sustainable Forestry Initiative.

Upgrade from standard letter envelopes

Switching from smaller mailers lets you ship unfolded sheets without creasing or folding. The jump is worth it when documents must arrive flat and presentable, such as marketing collateral, legal exhibits or oversized artwork proofs.

Simple hand insertion and manual sealing

The ungummed flaps require tape, glue or a sealing machine, so allow extra time for high-volume mailings. Common issues include forgetting to seal before dispatch and tearing the vellum surface if overstuffed beyond the paper's natural flexibility.

Questions about this item

What size documents will the 13 by 19 inch open-end envelope hold?

The envelope measures 13 inches by 19 inches and uses an open-end design, so flat sheets or catalogs up to that width and height slide in from the short side.

How do I seal the ungummed flaps on these kraft envelopes?

The flaps have no adhesive; you must apply tape, glue, or a moistener-activated sealant each time you close one.

Will the 28-pound kraft paper hold up to repeated handling in the mail stream?

The 28-pound SFI-certified vellum-finish kraft stock resists tearing better than lighter papers, but the ungummed flaps must be resealed for every use.
