#14 Poly Window Envelopes for Bulk Mailing

These number-14 envelopes measure 5 by 11.5 inches and come in a box of 500. They are made from 24-pound white sulphite paper with a vellum finish and an SFI certified source. A poly window shows the recipient address while the diagonal seam and remoistening seal close the flap securely.

Poly Window Limits Address Visibility

The C-style window measures 1-1/8 by 4-1/2 inches and sits 7/8 inch from the left edge and 1/2 inch from the bottom. Only content positioned within that rectangle will show through the poly film. Mailers must format letters so the address block aligns precisely with this fixed window area.

Verify Printer Feed and Storage Space

Confirm your printer or copier feeds 5 by 11.5 inch envelopes without jamming on the diagonal seam. Each box weighs 10.5 pounds and a full carton holds 2500 envelopes, so check shelf capacity before ordering multiple boxes.
