Golden Kraft Mailer for Lightweight Shipments

The #2 Bubble-Lite mailer measures 8.5 by 12 inches and ships in a box of 100 new envelopes. Golden kraft paper contains 100 percent recycled content with 25 percent post-consumer fibre. Peel-and-seal closure removes the need for tape or moisture activation.

55-Pound Basis Weight Determines Durability

Paper rated at 55# sets the tear resistance and stiffness appropriate for documents, catalogues or small boxed items. Heavier or sharp-edged contents may exceed the structural limit of this grade. Select a higher basis weight if the load demands greater puncture strength.

Bubble Liner and Kwik-Tak Flap Change Handling

Internal bubble cushioning absorbs minor impacts during transit without adding significant bulk. The extended Kwik-Tak flap creates a moisture-resistant seal that stays closed in humid conditions. Welded side seams prevent splitting when the envelope is fully loaded.

Questions about this item

How much protection does the Bubble-Lite liner actually give for items inside the 8.5 x 12 envelope?

The Bubble-Lite liner provides a lightweight cushioning layer that absorbs minor impacts during transit while keeping the mailer thin enough for standard postage rates.

What does the peel-and-seal closure mean for daily packing speed?

The Kwik-Tak peel-and-seal flap removes the need for tape or moisture, letting you seal each mailer in seconds and move to the next package.

Will these 8.5 x 12 mailers fit in a standard desk organiser or shipping shelf?

Each mailer measures 8.5 by 12 inches, so they stack neatly in most letter-size organisers and on typical mailroom shelves.
