Envelope size and quantity

These #3 W-2 poly window envelopes measure 3-15/16" x 8-1/4" and come in a box of 500. They suit offices that send high volumes of standard business correspondence. The diagonal seam construction supports reliable machine inserting. Buyers needing non-window styles or heavier paper weights should choose a different product.

Paper finish and security tint

The white sulphite stock carries SFI certification and a 92% brightness rating with a vellum finish. A blue Wesco security tint lines the interior to obscure printed contents. The remoistening seal activates with moisture for a secure closure. Environments requiring self-seal or peel-and-seal closures will not be served by this design.

Window placement and pack logistics

Each envelope includes a 1" x 3-3/8" poly window positioned 1/2" from the left edge and 1-1/2" from the bottom. The box weighs 6 lbs and 2500 envelopes fill a master carton. The fixed window size and position limit use to forms that align with this layout. Organisations that need custom window dimensions must source elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I load these #3 W-2 envelopes in my printer without jamming the diagonal seam?

Feed them flap-side down with the window facing up; the diagonal seam runs from the bottom corner so the leading edge stays flat through the rollers.

When will the Blue Wesco security tint or the remoistening seal need replacement?

The tint is permanent ink inside the paper and the seal activates with moisture each use; neither wears out, so only the box of 500 envelopes gets used up.

At what volume does the 24# vellum-finish paper start to curl in a high-speed printer?

The 24# sulphite stock handles typical office runs; sustained high-heat printing above the printer’s rated envelope capacity is where curl appears first.
