Ideal for high-volume mailing

These open-end catalog envelopes measure 7.5 by 10.5 inches and come in a box of 500. The 28-pound White Kraft stock carries an SFI certification and an 84 brightness rating. A vellum finish gives the surface a smooth feel for handwriting or labels. They suit offices that send catalogues, reports or flat merchandise on a daily basis.

Consistent feeding through inserters

The center-seam construction keeps the edges aligned during long print or stuffing runs. Remoistening seals activate cleanly without curling, so automated equipment maintains speed. Each box weighs 16 pounds and a master carton holds 1500 envelopes for bulk storage. The paper stock resists tearing even when packed to capacity.

Simple manual or machine loading

Flaps arrive folded down, ready for immediate sealing by hand or automatic inserter. No window means address placement is unrestricted. The only common issue is occasional flap stick in humid conditions, which a brief fanning of the stack resolves. Store flat to keep the vellum finish pristine.

Questions about this item

How much does a full box of these 28# envelopes weigh when it arrives on my desk all day?

Each box of 500 envelopes weighs 16 lbs, so the carton you lift onto the shelf is that weight.
