Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions of the 7.5 x 10.5 in booklet envelope so I can confirm it fits my inserts?

The envelope measures 7.5 inches by 10.5 inches, with the opening on the 10.5-inch side for easy insertion of documents.

How do I seal the remoistening flap correctly without it sticking prematurely?

Moisten the gummed flap evenly with a damp sponge or envelope moistener, press firmly for a few seconds, and allow it to dry completely before handling.

When should I replace the box if the paper brightness drops below the 92% specification?

The 92% brightness is a manufacturing spec; the paper does not fade in storage, so replacement is only needed when the 500-count supply runs out.
