#7 Regular Envelope Dimensions

These #7 regular envelopes measure 3.75 by 6.75 inches and come in a box of 500. They are made from 24 lb white sulphite paper with a vellum finish and a diagonal seam. The flap uses a traditional remoistening seal for closure.

Postal Limits for Standard Mail

The envelope size fits within standard letter-rate dimensions for domestic post. Its 24 lb paper weight keeps the piece light enough for single-stamp mailing when contents are minimal. Heavier inserts or multiple pages may push the item into a higher rate bracket.

Upgrade from Window or Lower-Grade Stock

This box replaces window envelopes when address privacy is required or when using pre-printed letterhead. The 92 brightness white sulphite stock improves legibility over recycled or economy grades. Buyers needing larger capacities or catalogue-style formats will need a different product.
