Catalog envelopes for everyday mailing

These 7.5" x 10.5" open-end envelopes use 32# Golden Kraft stock with a machine finish. A metal clasp and remoistening seal give two ways to close each piece. The center-seam construction keeps the flap flat for stacking. They arrive new in a box of 100.

Build and daily handling

The 32-pound paper resists tearing when documents are inserted or removed repeatedly. A metal clasp stays shut without moisture, while the remoistening seal adds a tamper-evident option. Center seams prevent the edges from catching on adjacent envelopes in a tray. Golden Kraft colour makes contents easy to spot in a busy mailroom.

Practical limits of the format

The 7.5" x 10.5" open-end opening accepts letter-size sheets folded once but not flat A4 or legal pages. Paper envelopes cannot protect fragile items or survive heavy rain without extra packaging. Weight is 4.1 lbs per box of 100, so bulk orders shift to cartons of 1000 for freight efficiency. Buyers needing window envelopes or peel-and-strip closure should select a different style.

Questions about this item

Does the metal clasp let me reseal the envelope multiple times?

Yes, the metal clasp on each envelope allows repeated opening and closing without damaging the Golden Kraft paper.

Will the 7.5 x 10.5 inch size fit in a standard letter tray or drawer?

The 7.5 by 10.5 inch dimensions fit most desktop letter trays and shallow drawers designed for catalog-sized mail.

How do I seal these envelopes — moisture or clasp — and which step do people skip?

Moisten the remoistening seal on the extended flap, press firmly, then secure the metal clasp; many users forget to wet the glue strip before clasping.
