Bright White 24# catalog envelopes

These 9.5 x 12.5 inch open-end envelopes suit offices mailing catalogues, reports or flat documents. The bright white sulphite stock with 96% brightness keeps printed text and graphics sharp. Acid-free paper protects contents from yellowing over time. A centre-seam construction adds strength for heavier inserts.

Kwik-Tak peel-and-seal closure

The Kwik-Tak adhesive strip seals each envelope without moisture or tape. This speeds up high-volume mailing and eliminates the mess of traditional gummed flaps. The peel-away liner keeps the adhesive clean until use. No special equipment is needed for sealing.

500-count SFI-certified box

The box contains 500 envelopes weighing 22 lbs and uses SFI-certified sulphite fibre. Vellum finish gives a smooth surface for handwriting or inkjet printing. Buyers who need window envelopes, coloured stock or a smaller quantity will need a different product. The open-end format does not fit standard letter-size folders.

Questions about this item

How do I seal these Kwik-Tak envelopes and what step do people often miss?

Remove the protective strip to expose the adhesive, press the flap firmly along its full length, and let the bond set for a few seconds before handling.

When will I need to replace the box of 500 envelopes?

After all 500 have been used; the paper is acid-free and SFI certified, so it remains stable in storage until needed.

What weight limit shows up first if I keep stuffing these 9.5 x 12.5 envelopes?

The 24 lb Bright White Sulphite paper and centre seam will tear or burst before the Kwik-Tak seal fails if overfilled.
