Standard #9 Size

These #9 regular envelopes measure 3.875 x 8.875 inches and fit standard business correspondence. They are suited for offices, schools, and organisations that send invoices, letters, or statements in bulk. The 24 lb stock provides a professional feel for everyday mailing tasks.

Simple Manual Sealing

Each envelope uses a remoistening seal that activates with water; no equipment is required. The diagonal seam construction adds strength during handling. The main issue users encounter is insufficient moisture, which can leave the flap unsealed in transit.

Postal Size Constraints

The dimensions meet standard letter-rate requirements for domestic mail. The 24 lb weight keeps the piece within typical single-stamp limits for normal contents. Heavier inserts or thick document sets may push the envelope over the weight threshold and require additional postage.
