Professional Correspondence Envelopes

These Western States A-6 envelopes measure 4.75 by 6.5 inches and come in a rigid box of 250. The 24 lb white sulphite stock features a linen imaging finish and 96% brightness for crisp printing results. They suit businesses and individuals sending formal announcements or invitations.

Consistent Print Handling

The acid-free super sulphite paper resists yellowing and maintains integrity through laser and inkjet printers. Side-seam construction feeds reliably during sustained print runs without jamming or curling. Each envelope delivers uniform ink absorption across the full 250-piece quantity.

Moisture-Activated Seal

Remoistening gum on the square flap creates a secure bond without extra adhesives. The rigid non-collapsible box protects the linen texture from humidity and crushing during storage. At 3.25 lbs per box, the pack remains manageable for desk or shelf placement.

Questions about this item

Will the 24# white linen envelopes curl or jam after a full day in a high-volume laser printer?

The 24# white sulphite stock with 96% brightness and acid-free linen imaging finish is designed for consistent feeding through laser and inkjet printers during extended runs.

What printer settings or trays do I need to handle the 4.75 x 6.5 inch side-seam envelopes?

Use the printer’s envelope or custom-size tray, set the paper type to heavyweight or envelope, and load flap-side down to match the side-seam construction and remoistening seal.

Can I mix these A-6 envelopes with older 250-count boxes that have a different flap style?

These envelopes have square flaps and a side seam; older boxes may use pointed flaps or diagonal seams, so keep stocks separate to avoid feeding inconsistencies.
