CD/DVD Envelope 1000 Pack

This pack holds one thousand white sulphite envelopes sized 4.875 by 5 inches for standard CD and DVD discs. Each envelope uses an open side design with two side seams over construction and an extended ungummed flap. The centred four inch cellophane window lets you see the disc label without opening the sleeve.

SFI Certified Paper Limits

The envelopes are made from 24 pound white sulphite paper carrying SFI certification and a 92 percent brightness rating with a vellum finish. Paper of this weight protects discs from dust and light scratches but is not rigid enough to prevent bending if the package is crushed. The ungummed flap means the envelope stays closed only by friction or an external seal.

Window Diameter Decides Fit

The single specification that determines whether this envelope fits your media is the centred four inch circular window cut into the cellophane panel. Discs with full face printing that extends beyond that diameter will be partially hidden. Buyers who need a larger viewing area or a self sealing closure should choose a different style.
