Bank Deposit Envelopes for High-Volume Tellers

These 3.5" x 7" open-side envelopes are built for drive-in teller windows and busy banking operations. The double-pocket design keeps deposit slips and cash organised in a single pass. A box of 1000 supports daily throughput without frequent reordering. They suit tellers who process high volumes and need a reliable, self-sealing format.

Thermal and Power Profile in Daily Use

As paper stationery, these envelopes draw no power and generate no heat or noise during handling. The 24# sulphite stock feeds cleanly through automatic dispensers and manual sorting without jamming. Vellum finish resists smudging from moist fingers or damp deposits. SFI certification confirms responsible fibre sourcing for operations tracking environmental metrics.

Pres-Stik Seal and Double Pocket Function

The Pres-Stik adhesive strip activates with pressure alone, eliminating moisture pens and speeding each transaction. Two side seams under the flap add strength when the envelope is fully loaded. The extended flap covers both pockets completely, so contents stay secure during transport. White 92% brightness stock ensures clear handwriting and scanner readability for audit trails.

Questions about this item

How do I seal the Pres-Stik flap correctly without tearing the vellum finish?

Peel the liner, press the adhesive strip firmly across the full 3.5 inch width, and hold for a few seconds; the vellum surface bonds cleanly when pressure is even.

When will the 24# sulphite paper start to show wear if the envelopes are handled daily?

The 92% brightness white sulphite resists yellowing and fibre break-down through normal teller cycles; replace the box once edges fray or the Pres-Stik loses tack.

At what fill level does the double-pocket design stop closing flat?

Each pocket holds a standard deposit slip plus cash bundle; overfilling beyond the 7 inch depth prevents the extended flap from sealing properly.
