Envelope Size and Capacity

These open-end catalog envelopes measure 12 by 15.5 inches and come in a box of 500. The 25-pound white paper-poly-paper construction provides a smooth finish for professional mailing. They suit offices sending catalogues, reports or flat merchandise.

Peel-and-Seal Durability

The Kwik-Tak peel-and-seal closure creates a secure bond without moisture and holds firm during extended transit. Layered paper-poly-paper material resists tearing when fully loaded. The centre seam adds structural strength for heavy, repeated handling.

Upgrade from Standard Envelopes

This box replaces lighter-weight mailers that split under bulky contents or require separate tape. The jump is worth it when you ship high-volume, heavy documents and need a tamper-evident seal that speeds up packing lines.

Questions about this item

How much does the 500-envelope box weigh when it arrives?

The box weighs 33 lbs, so plan for a two-person lift or a hand truck when it is delivered.

Do I need any extra adhesive or moisture to seal these envelopes?

No, the Kwik-Tak peel-and-seal flap closes with pressure alone — just remove the liner and press.

Will the 12 x 15.5 inch size fit in a standard office mail tray or franking machine?

At 12 by 15.5 inches the envelope exceeds typical letter trays and many desktop mail meters; check your equipment’s maximum feed width before buying.
