Mailing Envelopes for High-Volume Shipping

These 6.5" x 9.5" open-end catalog envelopes suit offices and warehouses processing bulk mail. The centre-seam construction and remoistening seal support fast, reliable closure for documents and flat items. Each box contains 500 envelopes made from 24# tan Kraft paper.

Simple Hand-Sealing With No Equipment Needed

The flap-down design lets staff press and seal each envelope without machines or adhesives. Vellum finish paper feeds cleanly through most printers and copiers. The main issue is moisture activating the seal prematurely in humid storage conditions.

Holds Standard Catalogues and Multi-Page Documents

The 24# stock comfortably carries thick brochures, reports or multiple forms up to the carton weight limit of 2500 envelopes. It runs out when contents exceed the open-end opening or require padded protection for fragile goods. Each box weighs 11.5 lbs.
