Professional Mailing Envelopes

These open-end catalog envelopes measure 9 x 12 inches and come in a box of 500. They suit offices, fulfilment centres and anyone sending flat documents, catalogues or brochures that must not be folded.

Durable 28# White Kraft Construction

Each envelope uses 28-pound White Kraft paper with an 84 brightness rating and a vellum finish. The center-seam design adds strength for heavier inserts, while the remoistening seal closes securely without tape or adhesives.

High-Volume Box Simplifies Stocking

The 500-count carton weighs 22 lbs and delivers a ready supply for daily mail runs. No window means full address privacy, and the flap-down format feeds cleanly through most inserters and postage meters. Buyers needing padded protection or custom printing should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I seal the remoistening flap correctly, and what step do people often skip?

Lightly moisten the entire gummed flap with a sponge or envelope moistener, press firmly for several seconds, and let it dry before handling; the step most often skipped is applying moisture evenly across the full width of the flap.

Will the 28# White Kraft envelopes degrade or need replacement during long-term storage?

The SFI certified 84% brightness vellum finish paper resists yellowing and brittleness when kept in a cool, dry environment, so the envelopes remain usable for years without replacement.

At what point does the center seam become the limiting factor when stuffing bulky catalogs?

The center seam construction provides strength along the middle, but overstuffing beyond the natural expansion of the 28# paper will stress the seam first, risking tears before the side edges give way.
