6x9 Open Side Booklet Envelopes

These 6x9 open side booklet envelopes are designed for office mailing tasks that need a professional look. The vellum finish gives a subtle texture suited to correspondence, invoices and direct mail. A box of 1000 supports high-volume users such as admin teams, schools and small businesses. The 24 lb stock provides a firm feel without excessive bulk.

Check envelope dimensions and flap style

Verify that 6x9 matches the insert size you plan to use and that an open side orientation fits your folding process. Confirm that two side seams under construction works with your inserting equipment or hand-stuffing workflow. The 92% brightness white surface should suit standard laser and inkjet printing, but test a sample if colour accuracy is critical. Ensure your storage space can accommodate a full box of 1000 envelopes.

Fits standard 6x9 filing and mailing workflows

The open side format slides into typical 6x9 folders, trays and postage meters without adjustment. Two side seams under keep the front panel clean for addressing and branding. Vellum finish resists smudging during handling and feeds reliably through most desktop printers. A 1000-count box reduces reorder frequency for mailrooms that process steady daily volumes.
