Envelopes for Bulk Mailing

These open-side booklet envelopes measure 9.5 by 12.625 inches and come in a box of 500. They are made from 28-pound White Kraft paper with an 84 brightness rating and a Vellum finish. The side-seam construction and remoistening seal suit high-volume office mailing tasks.

Suited for Flat Documents

Offices sending unfolded letters, brochures or catalogues will find the open-side format convenient for hand or machine insertion. The lack of a window means addresses must be printed or labelled directly on the face. Buyers needing window envelopes or smaller letter sizes should look elsewhere.

Simple Loading and Sealing

The side seams lie flat under the contents, helping automatic inserters feed smoothly without snagging. Users moisten the flap to activate the remoistening seal for a secure closure. Humid storage can cause flaps to stick together prematurely, so keep boxes sealed until needed.

Questions about this item

What size documents fit inside the 9.5 x 12.625 inch open-side envelope?

The envelope accepts sheets up to 9.5 by 12.625 inches, so standard letter pages folded once or flat inserts of that size will fit.

Can I run the 28# White Kraft envelopes through a laser printer that uses heat fusing?

The vellum-finish 28# stock handles typical office laser heat; test a few sheets first to confirm feed and toner adhesion.

How do I verify the box contains the full 500-count after opening?

Count the bundles — each box ships 500 envelopes in a single carton weighing 24 lbs, so the quantity matches the labelled total.
