Printer and Inserter Compatibility

Verify that your laser or inkjet printer accepts 24 lb vellum-finish paper and that the 1-3/8 by 4-1/2 inch window aligns with your document layout. Confirm the open-side, flap-down format matches the feed path of your folder-inserter or mailroom equipment before ordering.

Durable Construction Details

SFI-certified 92% brightness sulphite resists curling and feeds reliably through high-speed machines. Side seams placed underneath reduce edge bulk for smoother stacking, while the remoistening seal provides a tamper-evident closure without extra supplies. Questions about this item

What comes in the box and do I need to buy anything else to seal them?

The box contains 500 envelopes with a remoistening seal already on each flap, so no separate adhesive or sealing supplies are required.

How do I decide between the different paper weights or window sizes offered?

This listing is a single specification: 24 lb White Sulphite with a #4 poly window measuring 1-3/8 x 4-1/2 inches positioned 7/8 inch from the left and 5/8 inch from the bottom.

What does the 92 % brightness figure mean when the envelopes are printed and mailed?

The 92 % brightness gives a high-contrast white background that keeps printed addresses and barcodes sharp and easily readable by postal sorting equipment.
